Sky String Studios is hosting its FIRST SUMMER CAMP! Join us for an exciting week of music making, creativity, and fun! Our Summer String Camp is designed for violin and viola students of Sky String Studios and auditioned guests. Students will participate in a variety of activities to improve their string playing and enjoy making music with others.

🎶 When: Monday August 11th - Friday August 15th, from 9:00AM to 3:00 PM. Students are required to bring a packed lunch each day.

💵 Payments: Total Cost: $550

Payments can be made via Zelle to Marcus@SkyStringStudios.com, with “Summer Camp 2025” noted in the memo. The total cost of $550 includes instruction during the week long camp, a t-shirt, and performance on the final day of the camp. A $100 deposit is due by April 1st to secure your child’s spot.

    Work together with fellow musicians in an ensemble setting, learning exciting pieces and improving listening skills.

    Develop strong fundamentals through scale exercises designed to improve intonation, finger coordination, and overall musicianship.

    Continue to improve foundational technique: posture, bow holds, left hand facility, and vibrato.

    Enjoy music themed art projects that help express the arts in the visual form.

    Engage in interactive activities and challenges designed to reinforce musical skills in a fun and engaging way.

  • 📚 Music Theory

    Note reading, key signatures, tuning, listening skills, and more!
